In this role, you will manage our brand toolbox — from logos, imagery, and templates to the development of all visual and verbal brand assets. You will also play a key role in strategic initiatives to help shape a more brand-led organization and will work closely with our Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is consistently represented — both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management & Governance

  • Maintain and further develop the Entrix brand toolbox, including guidelines, templates, logos, imagery, and other key assets.
  • Ensure consistent brand application across all channels, formats, and markets.
  • Develop and update brand and strategy documentation to reflect evolving company market needs.

External Partner Coordination

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and other brand-related service providers.
  • Oversee production of printed materials, trade show booths, and other physical brand assets.
  • Coordinate website projects in collaboration with external web agencies.

Internal Brand Enablement

  • Conduct brand training sessions and workshops for internal teams to strengthen brand understanding and usage.
  • Work with departments (e.g., People, Sales, Product) to help them apply brand consistently.
  • Provide guidance on what works best in terms of brand expression for different commercial and communication purposes.

Brand as an Enabler

  • Act as a brand ambassador, helping teams see how the brand can support their work and enhance their impact.
  • Ensure brand assets are easy to find, up-to-date, and practical for daily use.
  • Continuously gather feedback on brand tools and processes to improve usability and adoption.
