QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related areas—preferably within an eCommerce or D2C environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that increase awareness, loyalty, and market share.
  • Creative Mindset: Strong storytelling ability, with a passion for bringing a brand’s story to life across various channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable interpreting data, identifying patterns, and using insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional relationships and external agencies.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media analytics, and eCommerce best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance Storykeeper’s identity, market position, and customer perception.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and oversee creative multi-channel marketing initiatives (online, social media, email, influencer partnerships, etc.) to build brand awareness and drive growth.
  • Brand Consistency: Own brand guidelines and ensure visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with our content and design teams to develop engaging narratives and visuals that showcase our life story books in compelling ways.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular competitor and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential brand differentiators in the personalized keepsakes sector.
  • Performance Tracking: Define, track, and report on key brand performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product, eCommerce, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive brand experience throughout the customer journey.
