As a Brand Manager, the candidate will own and elevate how the brand is perceived across all digital and marketplace channels. The candidate will drive brand growth, customer engagement, and online sales by developing impactful brand strategies, managing digital content, and executing integrated campaigns that resonate with our health-focused audience. This role blends brand storytelling with performance marketing, requiring both creative strategy and data-driven execution. The role acts as the custodian of the brand experience online, ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals and customer insights. Own the brand voice, identity, and visual consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints (owned website, marketplaces, social platforms) Strengthen brand equity, relevance and recall with both new and existing consumers E-commerce Presence & Digital Shelf Manage and optimize product content on the website and key marketplaces (titles, descriptions, imagery, A+ content, attributes, etc.) Ensure consistency and quality of branding elements in online storefronts and listings. Monitor SEO performance and work to improve search visibility across ecommerce platforms. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and lead digital campaigns (seasonal launches, promotions, influencer collaborations, social ads, email marketing). Collaborate with creative, performance marketing and external agencies to deliver compelling assets. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI. Customer Insights & Analytics Track key brand metrics — awareness, engagement, conversion, repeat purchase and customer sentiment — and translate insights into action. Use data to refine product positioning, messaging and offer strategy. Digital Shelf & Content Management Own online brand presence including product listings, A+ content, imagery, and SEO-friendly descriptions across marketplaces and eCommerce channels. Manage syndication and content tools to ensure up-to-date, accurate brand representation online. Insights & Performance Measurement Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategy and refine campaigns. Track key performance indicators (brand awareness, traffic, conversion, repeat purchase, share of voice) and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Use data to optimize spend, content, promotions, and marketplace visibility. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field 9+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or eCommerce (D2C/FMCG) Strong understanding of DTC and/or marketplace-driven businesses Creative yet analytical; proactive problem-solver. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and website optimization Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies Strong storytelling, copy, and visual judgment Experience working with digital channels (paid media, SEO, email, social, influencers) Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics
