Already operating at Brand Manager level is essential for this high-profile contract.

• Ideally, at least 3 years UK FMCG experience, a previous local marketing role is a must.
• Passion for Food is a must. Preferred marketing experience within Food and Drink categories.
• A commercially and analytically aware individual who is comfortable developing and presenting business cases in an organisation that makes investment decisions on the back of robust data-based recommendations.
• Strong bias for action and agility in getting things done, with a high level of personal accountability.
• Strong Project Management experience required.
• Experience in creating and delivering Innovation (inc NPD & EPD) and leading a gate process from concept to execution.
• Experience working with external agencies.
• A ‘consumer first’ mindset that places them at the core of everything that they do.
• An individual who has a track record of getting the best out of others with a collaborative and inclusive style.
• Experience of Kantar/Circana (IRI or equivalent
