Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Brand Manager for Food Service - Middle East and North Africa (MENA), you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive operator engagement, brand growth, and commercial impact across the region. This role requires a proactive marketer who can independently manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver results both digitally and on-ground.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own and lead innovation and renovation plans across the MENA markets
  • Develop and drive digital campaigns and physical activations
  • Organize and execute operator- facing including, roadshows, exhibitions, chef demos & trainings
  • Collaborate with Sales, Chef teams, and distributors to optimize operator conversion and retention
  • Lead marketing operations, including budget management, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Contribute to CRM strategy and digital ecosystem development to enhance operator engagement
  • Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform brand strategy and activation plans.

SO, WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in Food Service or trade marketing, ideally in a regional role
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing projects independently
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, and campaign execution
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
