QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong consumer understanding and brand building skills - understanding consumer insights to help build stronger activations & campaigns
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Performance marketing & online basics – proven track record on successfully selling products DTC, Amazon and other online channels
  • Project management – proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes
  • Experience in sports marketing is a bonus
  • Experience of engaging and leading cross-functional teams, internal and external partners
  • Leading external agencies to develop and deliver winning marketing plans & content
  • Budget Management experience
Responsibilities
  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver launch execution for NPD including performance marketing, PR and sampling.
  • Working closely with our bottling partner and agency partners
  • Being no1 brand advocate, promoting the brand and its campaigns internally and externally through PR, Senior stakeholder social posting, award submissions etc.
  • Leading the budget management together with Senior Marketing Manager
