Responsibilities

The Marketing team at Greater Anglia are looking for a proactive and talented individual to join our team as a brand manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guard and safeguard the Greater Anglia and Stansted Express brands across all touchpoints.
  • Support the Marketing department by producing all compliance materials at stations (timetables, engineering notices, and safety collateral).
  • Provide brand support and guidance to cross-functional teams across GA; efficiently manage internal and external design resources.
  • Collaborate with strategic brand partners on joint activities to achieve shared objectives; manage station display and merchandising to align with marketing and customer experience goals.
  • Manage the supply chain for these activities, including design, print, and distribution agencies.
  • Organise and coordinate all teams on brand issues, including signage, labelling, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure activities reflect GA’s brand and tone of voice and support GA’s brand and revenue objectives.
  • Measure and report GA brand activity regularly and use insights to continuously improve performance
