MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGY

  • Track industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions
  • Gather and apply customer insights to strengthen messaging and product fit
  • Monitor performance metrics across channels and recommend improvements
    Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, CPG, or consumer product storytelling
  • Strong project management skills; you’re comfortable juggling multiple timelines
  • Proven success launching or managing consumer products
  • Clear communicator and creative thinker — someone who can connect the dots between vision and execution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across channels.
  • Experience in natural, sustainable, or refill-based product categories is a plus
  • Familiarity with Asana, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, or other marketing tools
  • Interest in ingredient transparency, eco-packaging, and responsible production

As Brand Manager, you’ll lead the charge in telling Happy Elephant’s story and growing our brand in the sustainable home care space. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, sales, and product development teams to bring our campaigns, launches, and ideas to life.
