KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience.
  • Strong ATL, BTL, and digital marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Experience working with retail partners and trade marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including agencies, HQ teams, and retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using market data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Educated to a degree level

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to elevate brand awareness, increase market share, and drive product demand for Hisense’s Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) within the UK market. This role entails developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies, managing Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns, and collaborating closely with internal teams, agencies, and retail partners to ensure Hisense’s MDA products distinguish themselves in a competitive landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brand Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement the brand strategy for MDA, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage brand positioning to drive premium perception and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with European HQ to ensure global brand guidelines are effectively executed in the UK.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels.
  • Lead new product launch campaigns, ensuring maximum impact across all communication touchpoints.
  • Partner with media and creative agencies to develop compelling brand messaging and assets.
  • Retail & Trade Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to ensure brand consistency in-store and online.
  • Develop retailer marketing activations, including in-store promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and digital brand pages.
  • Support key retail partners (e.g., Currys, AO, Argos) with tailored marketing initiatives to drive sell-out.
  • PR & Influencer Marketing:
  • Work with PR agencies to secure earned media coverage for Hisense MDA products.
  • Develop partnerships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.
  • Data & Performance Analysis:
  • Track and report on campaign ROI, brand health, and market share performance.
  • Utilize Circana and other market data to inform marketing decisions and identify category growth opportunities.
  • Other Ad hoc tasks where expected.
