Description Beauty Industry Group is looking for a temporary/contract Brand Manager for our Donna Bella brand. As the Donna Bella Brand Manager, you are a strategic marketing and product leader who combines creativity, data-driven decision-making, and executional excellence. You have a strong grasp of brand storytelling, campaign planning, and new product development. You thrive on collaboration and feel energized by bringing ideas to life, from concept to consumer, ensuring every initiative reflects Donna Bella’s brand vision. Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 annual salary Location: We are currently in the process of moving from our Chatsworth to our new Culver City office. Hybrid Schedule: We ask that you are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Duration: This role is a temporary/contract role for 6 months Benefits: Due to the temporary/contract nature of this role, it will not be eligible for benefits at this time Responsibilities Brand and Product Strategy · Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing and product strategies that drive brand awareness, innovation, and revenue growth. · Partner with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and launch new products, from concepting and positioning through go-to-market execution. · Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive data to inform product development and lifecycle management. · Define brand and product objectives, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns and the broader business strategy. New Product Management · Own the product development roadmap in partnership with Product Development, Operations, and Creative teams. · Oversee the full product lifecycle, including ideation, testing, packaging, launch, and post-launch performance tracking. · Collaborate with supply chain and creative teams to ensure packaging and merchandising align with brand standards. · Lead go-to-market planning, including launch timelines, pricing strategy, and retail readiness. · Analyze product performance metrics and consumer feedback to drive future innovation and continuous improvement. Creative and Campaign Execution · Manage all creative and marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with brand strategy, campaign goals, and product launches. · Oversee the development and execution of creative assets across digital, social, retail, and e-commerce channels. · Review and approve projects to ensure they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaboration · Lead and mentor team members, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. · Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Creative, Sales, Operations, and Education, to ensure alignment across all touchpoints. · Provide constructive feedback that fosters creativity and performance excellence. Analytics and Optimization · Monitor brand and product performance using analytics to optimize campaigns and future launches. · Identify opportunities for improvement across the marketing mix including creative, messaging, product assortment, and pricing. · Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in beauty and hair extensions. · Financial Management · Assist in managing brand marketing budgets and P&L, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact projects and product initiatives. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, product management, or a related field, ideally in the beauty, hair, or fashion industry. Must have experience managing a B2B (professional) brand 1+ years of of leadership experience, with proven ability to lead teams and cross-functional partners. Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products from concept through commercialization. Experience in integrated marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and creative project management. Strong understanding of product development processes, including packaging, testing, and manufacturing timelines. Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Airtable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and brand voice. Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for beauty, innovation, and creating products that inspire confidence and creativity.
