SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Brand expertise – Proven experience in marketing (agency or client-side)
  • FMCG experience – Ideally in a restricted category.
  • Consumer & market insight – Ability to drive commercial performance with big-picture vision with innovative problem-solving
  • Stakeholder influence – Data-driven decision-making and persuasive communication; alongside strong interpersonal skills and able to collaborate across global teams
  • Analytical & numerical mindset – Sharp data skills to guide strategy.
  • Project & budget management – Organized, efficient, results-driven.

  • Innovate through our I2L (Ideation to Launch) process
  • …pushing creative boundaries and ensuring excellence at every stage.
