Illuminus is looking for a Brand Manager to help grow the Illuminus and Commonheart Brands, and to assist with the rebranding and promotion of the senior living communities and services we offer throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Put your creative talents to use working for a growing, faith-based, not-for-profit senior living organization. Assists in the creation and management of organizational and community brand guidelines. Coordinates and design all Illuminus and Commonheart advertising efforts. Oversees organizational websites and contact/inquiry forms. Works closely with the Digital Media Specialists to ensure social media messaging and online content follows brand guidelines and strategy. Designs and orders all organizational print materials, marketing items, uniforms, apparel, staff name badges, and other collateral, ensuring correct materials and colors are used. Requirements Qualified candidates will have: Three (3) or more years of marketing experience Experience in using design software (such as Canva or Illustrator) Experience in web content management systems (such as Word Press or Contentful) Experience with digital and social marketing Candidates should have: Have a general understanding of healthcare or senior living services; experience in Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, Adobe Suite and Canva preferred, but not required Be resourceful, team focused, and have strong problem solving skills Be a proven self-starter able to work independently Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
