We currently have an opportunity for a Brand Manager in CVRM to join us in our team. The position will report to the Franchise Lead CVRM. What you’ll do Utilize patients’ and business insights and prioritize business opportunities to shape market according to product priorities Create innovative business plans, encouraging the broader cross functional team to take smart risks and apply ambitious metrics and is accountable for the success of the plan Support the update of the strategic plan into account level, identify opportunities and shape tailor-made initiatives for specific account priorities Build partnership and networks with external and internal stakeholders and ensure optimal flow of business serving as a central connection amongst team members Drive broader cross functional team’s and organization’s engagement to succeed goals Essential for the role Bachelor’s degree, preferably in scientific or business discipline At least 2 years of recent experience in a Brand Manager role in pharmaceutical market or FMCG Successful Product Launch Record Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of market shaping & brand building Communication skills and ability to work in an organization with cross-functional teams Analytical thinking and data synthesis ability Effective stakeholder and relationship management experience; able to interact with multiple levels within and outside of AZ Result-oriented mindset Fluent in Greek and English Desirable for the role Master’s Degree Hands on experience with end-to-end creation and implementation of social media campaigns across all platforms Why AstraZeneca?
