Scope of Responsibilities Formulate and execute effective brand & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives (financial and non-financial) for responsible brands in the Hong Kong and Macau Injectable Aesthetics markets. Accountable for the marketing budget to deliver brand performance, including market shares, consumer communication, and customer adaptation of the responsible brands. Work closely with the sales & educational team to ensure effective marketing executions to support customer and HCPs engagement and commercial operations. Monitor brand performance by capturing market insights and intelligence, conducting market share analysis and competitor analysis on a timely manner, and translating them into actionable items to facilitate business development. Formulate the marketing plan for the assigned brands and liaise with agencies to drive and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, social media, and influencer PR, to drive customer engagement. Keep track of marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) within the industry. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI and propose the next action plan. Develop POSM and sales kits and be responsible for ensuring successful implementation across channels. Work closely with Supply Chain, RA, and Regional/Global office for product launch and pipeline development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science, business, or marketing-related fields. At least 3-5 years of solid marketing experience in the healthcare and aesthetic industry, with a focus on injectable aesthetics in Hong Kong and Macau, is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Strong team player, able to work effectively and closely with internal and external stakeholders as partners.
