Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Manager to join their team. The Brand Manager will play a key role in strategic planning, overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving strong brand growth across multiple competitive markets. As part of the Commercial Management team, this position carries responsibility for achieving performance targets and effectively monitoring brand results in alignment with overall business goals and strategies. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Development Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market trends. Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Position the brand effectively to differentiate it from competitors and strengthen its market presence. Campaign Management Work with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality, engaging promotional materials. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights to enhance ROI. Market Research and Insights Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and customer preferences. Gather and leverage customer feedback to improve brand perception and loyalty. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting the gambling industry. Crypto Product Development Collaborate with product teams to define and develop new crypto-related products and features. Conduct research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the cryptocurrency landscape. Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment throughout all product development processes. Contribute to the strategic roadmap for crypto product innovation and expansion. Brand Performance Monitoring Track and analyze key performance metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, product performance, and brand sentiment. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Collaboration and Leadership Foster strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent delivery of the brand promise across all touchpoints. Lead cross-functional projects supporting new product launches or brand initiatives. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet brand objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the iGaming and/or Crypto sectors. Strong understanding of performance marketing and the key metrics driving success in digital environments. Demonstrated interest in, or experience with, crypto gaming products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Effective communicator with senior management and cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of business objectives and commercial strategy.
