What you’ll lead & deliver -Set the future vision for the portfolio Define long‑term positioning and a winning strategy for Kenco, L’OR and Douwe Egberts, rooted in consumer insight and cultural trends. -Lead breakthrough innovation Spot whitespace, build a robust innovation pipeline, and champion bold ideas that grow the category and excite retailers. -Recruit the next generation of coffee drinkers Create targeted initiatives and campaigns that attract younger consumers and unlock fresh demand. -Deliver standout renovation & launches Own projects from idea to execution — developing products, packaging, and compelling go‑to‑market plans. -Turn insight into action Analyse performance, track trends, and adapt strategies quickly in response to category and customer shifts. -Drive brand communication & activation Partner with our equity & comms team to develop high‑impact digital, shopper, and experiential campaigns. -Collaborate across functions & borders Work closely with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing to ensure flawless execution and alignment. -Manage financial performance Build business cases, track P&Ls, and ensure innovation delivers sustainable commercial impact. Qualifications What you’ll bring Experience in Marketing (FMCG preferred) with strong brand‑building and portfolio management expertise Exposure to digital, shopper, and in‑store activation Sharp analytical thinking and comfort working with data Proven project management and stakeholder‑influencing skills Strong communication and storytelling ability A proactive, self‑starting mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity A collaborative, energetic approach — and a passion for coffee helps too!
