Role reports to: Marketing Manager Location: Asia Pacific, Thailand, Bangkok, Bangkok Work Location: Hybrid What you will do What you will do The Brand Manager is responsible for developing marketing activities that build the responsible brand and stimulate sales to achieve the set target: Key Responsibilities To exploit on relevant consumer insights and interpret into meaningful business idea in business plan and strategy construction To develop brand communication plan, ensure strategy development and implementation aligns with brand footprint To manage brand A&P budget in achieving the agreed brand’s objective To manage portfolio and anticipate potential market development with the effective brand financial result To ensure effective management of project including new product and tactical promotion What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing 2-4 years working experience in brand management, particularly in FMCG industry Desired Qualifications Experience in Multinational Company is an advantage Establish strong interpersonal/leadership skills and communication skills Possess analysis and logical thinking Excellent command of English Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
