The role:
This role is in Breda, Netherlands, with occasional travel to Leuven, Belgium. As the Brand Manager for Leffe Netherlands & Belgium, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for one of the most iconic beer brands in the world. As a “Brand CEO”, you will lead the effort in building, developing and implementing the brand strategy and marketing plans across the Netherlands & Belgium, then analyzing the performance and managing efficiently the marketing budget.
You will need to engage external stakeholders such as agencies, suppliers, and clients, and lead a strong internal collaboration with sales, trade marketing, supply, logistics… Your objectives will be to ensure that Leffe continues to grow its market share and brand equity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and for business growth. Most of all, we are looking for an owner who loves to bring new ideas to life and is result-oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement the brand strategy for Leffe in Belgium and the Netherlands, aligning with global brand guidelines and local market needs.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including TV, digital, OOH, DOOH, influence.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and leading the development and launch of new products.
  • Brand Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and media partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in brand management. FMCG is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, project management, collaboration, creative thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with eye for detail.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for beer and a deep understanding of the Leffe brand heritage.
