Responsabilidades: Desarrollo anual de la estrategia de la marca, alineado entre la estrategia global y la necesidad local. Propuesta de portafolio, plan de innovación y trabajo de Price pack arquitecture. Campañas 360 ajustadas a la prioridad del producto y el Budget: media investment, ejecución en tiendas, Influencial Marketing y PR, en conjunto con los KAMS por cadena. Manejo de A&P y P&L. Medición y análisis del rendimiento de las campañas de marketing utilizando métricas clave y herramientas analíticas. Habilidades y Calificaciones: Formación Académica: licenciatura en Marketing, Administración o afines; posgrado es distintivo. Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado. Experiencia: 5+ años en posiciones de Brand Manager o afines y conocimiento en diferentes canales y marcas de FMCG. Habilidades Técnicas: Análisis de datos, Gestión de proyectos, Administración de presupuestos; Conocimiento de: posicionamiento de la marca, segmentación de mercado y estrategias de comunicación. Skills: Fuertes habilidades de análisis y negociación. Creatividad y capacidad de solución de problemas. Liderazgo, adaptabilidad y trabajo en equipo.
