JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER OR BRAND MANAGER (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

Brand:Albert’s Schloss
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location:Ground Control,Manchester (just behind Deansgate Station!) (1 day per week working from home if preferred,and regular travel to Albert’s Schloss sites)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Junior Brand Manager / Brand Manager you will help shape and grow the Albert’s Schloss brand across our venues. You’ll play a key part in delivering brand and product campaigns,content,and collateral that bring the Schloss personality to life. You’ll work closely with our in-house creative team,venue teams,and external partners to make sure everything we put out into the world is on-brand,on time,and most importantly,wunderbar!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the brand’s social media channels day-to-day – planning,scheduling,and publishing content that drives returns
  • Support the delivery of the annual brand and campaign plan for Albert’s Schloss.
  • Support the menu design and production process – working with F&B,operations,and creative teams to ensure accuracy,functionality,and brand consistency.
  • Help plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital,social,and in-venue platforms – combining creative storytelling,strategic thinking,and performance insights to maximise brand impact and audience engagement.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless alignment between brand campaigns and digital activity,creating a connected customer journey across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales targets and venue success.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of printed collateral,including menus,posters,table talkers,signage,and promotional materials.
  • Manage supplier relationships and print production timelines,ensuring best value,quality control,and on-time delivery to all venues.
  • Help roll out seasonal campaigns,new openings,and key events (e.g. Oktoberfest,NYE) across all channels and assets.
  • Brief and collaborate with the in-house creative and content teams on asset development for digital,social,and print.
  • Liaise with venue teams to support localised marketing activity,ensure brand consistency,and adapt national campaigns for local use.
