Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to be part of our incredible UK & ROI brand team. As Brand Manager, you’ll be accountable for the strategy, planning and execution of plans which both fuel short and long-term brand and revenue growth. An exceptional leader and relationship builder, you will work with cross functional teams and our retail partner to build exceptional plans that are flawlessly executed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • An experienced Brand Manager, you’ll be brand guardian for the UK/ROI market, ensuring plans support long term equity growth of the brand and short-term revenue growth.
  • Lead on brand, category and product led activation strategy development and execution to create world class consumer engagement in all aspects of local brand activity including paid media, loyalty, ecommerce, stores, beauty advisors, influencers, social & PR.
  • Paid media experience, as you will work closely with our media agencies and be experienced in creation and evaluation of media strategy, media partnerships, planning, execution, media optimisation and measurement.
  • Lead on the acceleration of our owned social plans working closely with creators.
  • Bring your industry experience and new ideas to create brave yet effective activation plans.
  • Passionate about consumers and able to bring the voice of our consumer into all decisions.
  • Able to respond to market changes and performance challenges at pace.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in the development of UK annual brand plans and other strategic initiatives.
  • Build exceptional relationships with all stakeholders including agencies, global brand teams and cross functional teams.
  • Be a passionate and empathetic leader, able to effectively lead and delegate through your own team and others.
  • Be passionate about driving effective and efficient activations, able to lead measurement and evaluation of all activity, including econometrics.
  • Experienced in budget management.
