Your Impact As an Assistant Brand Manager at Entain Australia & New Zealand, you’ll be right at the heart of bringing our brand to life. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape and deliver campaigns that connect with our customers, build brand equity, and drive commercial impact. You’ll apply our brand voice and visual identity across a variety of channels, manage campaign execution from start to finish, and contribute fresh ideas and insights to our planning process. A Day in the Life Lead brand planning and integrated briefs across Media, Client Engagement, Legal, and Content – everything ladders up to strategy and commercial priorities. Coordinate the creation and delivery of above-the-line assets, ensuring they’re on-brand, compliant, and high quality. Assist with forecasting and reconciliation and flag any potential overs or underspends. Work with Legal, Promotions and Generosity (Client Engagement) teams to ensure all promotions meet brand and regulatory standards. Use segmentation and performance data to guide targeting and messaging. Your Strengths 5+ years in a marketing and/or brand role, with a rock-solid grip on brand strategy and campaign planning. A customer-first mindset, with experience applying segmentation and insights to creative tasks. Confidence applying brand voice and visual identity across channels. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI or campaign dashboards. Experience writing campaign briefs and managing end-to-end campaign delivery.
