YOUR ROLE We are seeking a Brand Manager (m/w/d) for our Northern European markets who will establish and drive the brand’s presence and commercial success across this developing market. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and strategic leader with proven experience in defining and executing the brand strategy, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives and managing a high performing team to achieve ambitious growth objectives. PLAYING YOUR PART You will develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for Northern Europe, aligned with global brand objectives and local market dynamics, to drive market share and brand desirability. Responsible for Sales, Distribution, Marketing & Communications, Stock & Supply Management as well as Clienteling & Customer Services, you will lead the commercial performance and strategic development of the region (currently 1 internal boutique, 3 external boutiques, and 7 points of sale in 4 countries) and you will also identify potential new boutique openings. You are a human and authentic leader who will inspire, nurture and develop a high performing team of 5 people fostering a culture of excellence, client centricity and continuous improvement. You will have full budget and P&L responsibility and will prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic reviews for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future plans. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? +10 years proven experience in brand management, sales and marketing in luxury, fine watchmaking or jewellery. A deep understanding of the Northern European luxury market, including Germany and its specific consumer behaviours and cultural nuances. Strategic thinker and leader with excellent business acumen and proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies and achieving commercial targets in a multi-channel retail environment. Humble, emotionally intelligent leader with a proven ability to inspire, develop and grow high performing teams. Experience with new market entry or boutique opening projects and a willingness to travel frequently in the region. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French or other Northern European languages (e.g., Dutch, Danish, Swedish) will be an advantage. HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
