What you’ll do As Brand Manager Lung Cancer, you will drive the commercialization of assigned brands in Austria by developing and implementing the marketing strategy and operational marketing mix and tactics to achieve the brand ambition by delivering budgeted or above sales growth. In this role you will be an integral part of a powerful cross-functional team driving brands and launches of new products based on growth of our lung cancer portfolio, including enabling adoption of relevant diagnostics/biomarkers to support precision treatment. Other responsibilities will include: Brand advocacy: Advocate for and drive the brand amongst office and field colleagues in a cross functional manner as well as external customers to ensure the Brand Plan delivers essential short-term growth and long-term brand success. Strategy localization: Align the global strategic brand plans with local customer & market insights to develop tailored and successful local brand strategy, brand messages and tactical plans. Omnichannel execution: Maximize the full use of all commercial/medical channels by developing brand materials (digital/print) and activities through cross-functional collaboration. Insights embedding: Continuously seek to understand and embed customer and market insights into all brand activities by synthesizing qualitative feedback (market research reports, promotional analysis, customer and field insights) with quantitative data sources and reports. Market expertise: Be the product, competitor and market expert of assigned brands/indications, including evolving lung cancer standards of care and biomarker landscapes. Adaptive planning: Pro-actively adapt the Brand Plan to the continuously changing environment to maximize brand potential. Field partnership: Liaise very closely with the sales team to receive market and customer feedback, embed campaigns, and provide brand vision and leadership; ensure full understanding of the rationale and insights that underpin campaigns, messages and marketing actions and how field input was used in material development. Budget ownership: Responsible for budget of assigned brand(s).
