Already operating at Brand Manager or very experienced Assistant Brand Manager looking for the next step.
Ideally at least 3 years UK FMCG experience, but previous local marketing role is a must.
Passion for Food is a must. Preferred marketing experience within Food and Drink categories.
A commercially and analytically aware individual, who is comfortable developing and presenting business cases in an organisation which makes investment decisions on the back of robust data-based recommendations.
Strong bias for action and agility in getting things done, with a high level of personal accountability.
Strong Project Management experience required.
Experience in creating and delivering Innovation (inc NPD & EPD) and leading a gate process from concept to execution.
Experience working with external agencies.
A ‘consumer first’ mindset who places them at the core of everything that they do.
An individual who has a track record of getting the best out of others with a collaborative and inclusive style.
