Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic brand and marketing plans to drive growth, market share, and brand equity, working collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Plan and coordinate the full marketing mix: including commercial programs, media, packaging design, go-to-market strategy, and in-store activation - partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. Deliver insight-driven campaigns by collaborating with creative, media, and PR agencies, ensuring consumer engagement across all channels. Manage brand financials with a multi-million dollar marketing budget, tracking ROI and reporting performance to senior leadership. Drive innovation and product development from uncovering consumer insights to managing projects from concept through launch, considering and recommending optimal approaches for packaging, financial P&L, and pricing strategies throughout. Analyse consumer, category, and competitive data to assess brand performance and identify growth opportunities. Partner across local and global teams to build a multi-year innovation pipeline and ensure impactful brand execution, collaborating with Sales, Shopper, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing What We’re Looking For A creative and strategic thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude. Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L ownership, and the ability to translate market data and consumer insights into effective strategy. Proven project management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimise media campaigns across the full marketing funnel, leveraging both digital and traditional channels. Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships to drive projects and deliver results.
