Description

Our Award-winning Lincoln client requires an experienced, highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as Brand Manager.
The successful candidate will have sole marketing responsibility over the brand to ensure its future success. The brand has huge potential and scope, and they are looking for the right candidate to maximise this.
This is a fast-paced role and requires someone who can manage and prioritise different projects at one time.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in growing a brand and creating a strong identity and be able to hit the ground running and grow the brand further.
This role will also entail some aspects of sales at shows, involving direct contact with the consumer and selling directly to them. It also will include web sales and B2B, as the role is looking after the Brand in its’s entirety helping it grow and prosper.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and implementation of an annual marketing strategy, including budget management, both online and offline for B2B and B2C.
  • Social Media management (content planning and creation, posting/scheduling, responding to messages/comments)
  • Writing and circulating press releases around new product launches, sponsorship etc. in relation to the Brand
  • Working alongside the company graphic designers to prepare marketing materials, POS, video production, brochures etc.
  • New product design and development
  • Website management
  • Photoshoot attendance and management
  • Trade stand/sponsorship management to include staffing and full logistics. Working on trade stands will be required (this will include some weekends).
