In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business goals. • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities to increase brand awareness and sales. • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. • Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring ROI on marketing spend. • Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, R&D, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives. • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Oversee new product launches and packaging updates, ensuring alignment with brand positioning. • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners. • Support the development of creative assets and messaging to maintain brand consistency across all channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing techniques. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
