JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Manager, St. Regis plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating one of the world’s most iconic luxury hotel brands. Rooted in a deep understanding of global cultural trends, luxury lifestyle, and refined guest experiences, this strategic and creative leader drives brand excellence through thoughtful innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for delivering unforgettable moments.
As a key member of the St. Regis Global Brand Team, this individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and sustaining brand and guest experience initiatives that enhance differentiation, build brand prestige, and strengthen guest satisfaction. The role will also support global brand programs and initiatives that inspire culture, service standards, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate brings a globally minded perspective, a sharp eye for detail, and a refined understanding of the evolving luxury landscape. With a proactive, collaborative mindset, they will partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to roll out impactful programs quickly and effectively—while challenging conventional thinking and championing agile, elevated execution.
This role demands empathy, authenticity, and inclusivity, along with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related major required
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in brand, consulting strategic agency, operations, or versatile startup environment required
  • On-property hospitality experience in the areas of Marketing or Guest Experience strongly preferred
  • Record of balancing analytical and creative thinking, with experience systematizing a creative process
  • Demonstrated project leadership and management skills, including ability to lead multi-functional project teams
  • Previous successful work experience in multi-discipline environment

HOTEL EXPERIENCE DELIVERY

  • Work as a culture inspiration for all on-property employees, ensuring that the brand promise is coming to life for guests and hosts (employees) day in and day out.
  • Collaborate with BSA, auditors, hotel teams and GO to implement and sustain St. Regis Culture and service foundations to ensure brand success in KPI related to guest satisfaction.
  • Support communications for each rollout to above property and property teams, such as written/email, decks/toolkits, conference calls, webinars and experimental/social channels.
  • Develop and drive brand initiatives and identify partnerships in articulating and operationalizing our unique luxury brand offering for our properties.
