REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year retail experience, preferably as a keyholder or supervisor
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation (please provide portfolio or sample work if available)
  • Skilled in basic photography, video editing, and social media management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

RETAIL KEYHOLDER DUTIES

  • Open and close the store independently, ensuring security protocols are followed
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
  • Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems
  • Assist with merchandising, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
  • Train, motivate and supervise part-time staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
  • Handle cash deposits and end-of-day reconciliation
