Description

Position: Brand Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Experience Required: 5 years in a similar role, within FX/CFDs or financial services

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strategic thinking combined with creative vision
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Project and stakeholder management across global teams
  • Experience managing creative agencies and external vendors
  • Ability to simplify complex financial/trading concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging
  • Familiarity with branding in regulated financial environments (preferred)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years’ experience in brand management or marketing, in the FX, CFDs, fintech, or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design and project tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This newly created role is central to STARTRADER’s mission of delivering a premium and consistent brand experience across all markets, platforms, and communications. You will own the STARTRADER brand identity, tone of voice, and creative standards ensuring alignment across website, social, advertising, partner channels, and more.The focus is on brand strategy, creative execution, content alignment, and cross-channel consistency, with the goal of building long-term brand equity, trust, and recognition in both retail and institutional trading spaces. You’ll manage both day-to-day branding operations and long-term brand evolution while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance, and Regional Teams.
