Meaningful Work From Day One Develop strategies/plans and lead the execution to grow in India market the awareness, equity and penetration of World’s No 1 Super Premium+ American Whiskey and Top 10 Super Premium+ Spirit brand in the world -Woodford Reserve. Launch and grow in India the world renowned 200 Years old Ultra Premium Sherry Cask Aged Single Malt Whiskey - The Glendronach, into a meaningful and most respected Single Malt Brand in the Country. What You Can Expect ● Lead the growth of our Super Premium and Luxury Brands in the portfolio ● Complete ownership of developing and executing the 3 year brand building roadmap and 1 year brand plan to meet the brand ambitions in line with business strategy ● Develop and execute the full 360 consumer communication and engagement plan for Social Media, Experiential/Activations, PR and Collaborations ● Own the NPD and Innovation Planning and Execution for the portfolio ● Be the voice of the consumer internally - Serve as the primary point for generating consumer and competitive intelligence and cascade through the organization and communicate back to the brand ● Be the internal champion and energizer for the Super Premium and Luxury Portfolio ● Responsible for budget management with a strong ROI focus ● Leverage the Brown-Forman Growth Framework to develop trade marketing campaigns that resonate with target consumers and build mental and physical availability across all channels of the trade ● Develop and maintain relationships with third-party brand partners, agencies and vendors, ensuring that they provide high-quality and cost-effective marketing services What You Bring to the Table ● 5 to 7 years sales and marketing experience out of which 3 years minimum in marketing ● Strong experience in super premium and luxury consumer products or lifestyle industry, experience in alcobev will be preferred ● Ability to analyze data - structured/unstructured & consumer studies and distill actionable insights that inform impactful business and brand decisions ● Proven expertise in conceptualizing high impact experiential brand and marketing activation programs ● High level of comfort with and hands on familiarity in planning & executing social media and content marketing campaigns ● Experience in identifying, conceptualizing and executing brand collaborations with other super premium / luxury brands ● High degree of independent judgment and initiative, in a team-oriented, fast paced, self-managed environment ● Ability to judiciously plan and track marketing budgets with a strong ROI mindset ● Demonstrated ability to work on projects with cross-functional teams and deliver them on time ● Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills What Makes You Unique ● Your curiosity, creativity and growth mindset ● Your passion to always be on the top of latest cultural trends and what’s happening out there in the consumer culture ● Your ability to zoom out and look at opportunities strategically and at the same time ability to zoom in to plan & execute with excellence with an eye for detail ● Your knack for developing strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders and influence them even without authority to always get things going Who We Are We believe great people build great brands.
