ARE YOU AN EXPERT IN BRAND MANAGEMENT TO LEAD TOP-OF-FUNNEL MARKETING?

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and shaping brand reputation across multiple channels. From advertising to social media and PR, you’ll have the opportunity to craft compelling brand stories and make a real impact.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Development and execution of brand awareness activity to enhance visibility and reputation.
  2. Management of all brand advertising initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  3. Management of PR campaigns and content generation.
  4. Management of social media campaigns to drive engagement.
  5. Planning and execution of events and sponsorships.
  6. Management of brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  7. Influencing brand reputation and presence online – e.g. online reviews.
  8. Development of POS materials and literature to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  9. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and partners.
  10. Ensuring all brand activity aligns with regulatory and compliance standards.
  11. Undertaking any other duties to meet personal, team, and business objectives.

KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or marketing communications.
  • Expertise and understanding of brand management.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and content strategy.
  • Experience in event planning, PR, and sponsorship management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands within a group structure.
  • Proficient in brand identity development and management.
  • Expertise in utilising Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) advantageous.
Responsibilities

The jobholder will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the brand presence of businesses within the Jarion portfolio. This role focuses on top-of-funnel activities, ensuring strong brand awareness and engagement across all relevant channels.
