Job Description We are looking for a Brand Manager to drive marketing strategy and campaign planning for UK & Ireland focusing on delivering key campaigns as well as developing a strong roadmap to help maintain strong commercial performance for a fixed term contract period ending 22nd April 2027. Because play equips children with the skills, they need to learn and grow. Brand Planning and Implementation: Define and implement the Pre-School strategy leading cross-functional workstreams that align to brand vision, consumer insights, and commercial objectives. Implement effective Pre-School and Core theme marketing strategies and activations with clear positioning, consistent execution, and measurable performance outcomes. Evaluate brand and commercial performance as well as ongoing competitor activity to optimise and adjust activations that build brand equity and grow active share that drive commercial impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with partners internally and externally (including both internal and external agencies) to gear the owned / earned / shared / paid (OESP) activities towards sales and brand impact. Business & Project Management: Plan and run budgets and financials related to marketing campaigns. Establish strong retailer strategies in partnership with sales that facilitate key account preview sell-in of critical marketing programs as required. Ongoing analysis and evaluation of brand and campaign performance and initiate corrective actions. Partnering closely with sales and their key customers, to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance and with both regional and global to implement Integrated Planning. The Marketing Department develops and cultivates consumer demand for the company by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus. The team looks to implement innovative ways for marketing plans that strengthen the brand image across the target audiences. Do you have what it takes? In-depth experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing with an in-store kids audience campaign focus, preferably within an international company in either FMCG or Entertainment sectors (cross-country exposure would be nice to see). A strategic and analytical mentality that translates into both brand and business growth. Proficient communication and partner management that convinces teams to deliver on shared objectives. Experience of owning budgets; product /demand forecasts; in market performance and tracking via reporting systems (i.e., IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Circana). To own and run multilayered campaigns (ATL and BTL) that show a deep understanding of key marketing principles in collaboration with agencies. An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, communicating complexity in a clear simple message. Proficient in English both written and spoken.
