Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days a week in-office in Hackensack, NJ, with shuttle support for NYC-based employees Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 About the Role As Brand Manager for Violife, you’ll be at the heart of shaping one of the world’s leading dairy-free brands. This isn’t just about managing a brand—it’s about changing the rules of the industry. You’ll work within a dynamic, cross-functional hub alongside experts in marketing, design, social, and digital to deliver an authentic, meaningful, and engaging brand experience for consumers. This role demands quick thinking, creativity, and innovation. An entrepreneurial spirit isn’t just a bonus—it’s essential. What You'll Do Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Head of Design & Consumer Experience and broader teams to align on vision and strategy. Collaborate with design, social, and digital teams to create a seamless end-to-end consumer experience. Lead and integrate cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives and foster a culture of innovation. Consumer Focus Champion a consumer-first mindset, ensuring all brand efforts resonate deeply with our audience. Use consumer insights to shape and validate marketing strategies and executions. Brand Continuity Ensure every brand interaction is authentic, meaningful, and relevant. Oversee Violife’s presence across all channels, maintaining consistency and engagement. Creative & Strategic Leadership Lead campaign development, inspiring teams and agencies to deliver bold, innovative ideas. Stay ahead of market trends, conduct consumer research, and analyze competitors to guide decisions. Marketing Implementation Manage and evaluate marketing initiatives for ROI and brand impact. Provide leadership to external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand vision and goals. About You Must have Activation and Campaign experience. Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a strong track record of driving growth. Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and digital marketing. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for storytelling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.
