This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: Dubai JobType: full-time As a Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand initiatives that strengthen emotional connections with customers and enhance long-term brand equity. You will work across digital, social, retail, and influencer ecosystems to craft compelling narratives and high-impact campaigns. Partnering closely with leadership and creative teams, you will translate consumer insights and market trends into strategies that elevate visibility, loyalty, and commercial performance within the luxury jewelry space. Key Responsibilities Define and execute brand strategy across social, digital, retail, and influencer channels Build and optimize end-to-end buyer journeys to increase engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases Drive performance marketing initiatives alongside brand storytelling to maximize reach and ROI Shape creative direction and brand positioning in alignment with long-term business objectives Collaborate with leadership to influence brand vision, tone, and market differentiation Work with agencies, photographers, and internal teams to produce premium, on-brand content Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and customer experience across all touchpoints Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to refine strategies Stay ahead of emerging luxury, jewelry, and design trends to keep the brand culturally relevant What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience within luxury, jewelry, or premium lifestyle brands Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand positioning, and storytelling A balanced creative and analytical mindset with the ability to design and measure impactful campaigns Sharp aesthetic sensibility with attention to design, detail, and brand consistency Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and creative partners Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Passion for building aspirational brands and creating meaningful customer connections
