QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.(Master’s degree is a plus.)
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably TV and brand consulting services.
  • Proven track record of developing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customer perceptions, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including digital campaigns, social media, and print media.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, engagement, sales growth) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media outlets.
  • Coordinate and execute product launches, events, and sponsorship initiatives across TV, radio, and other offline channels to enhance brand visibility; develop strategic communication materials and reports for senior leadership.
  • Monitor budget spend to ensure efficient use of marketing funds.
