As a result of continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our regional management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned brand management professional with:

  • Degree in marketing, business management or it’s related.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B marketing or brand management, with proven success in SEA/Japan/LATAM markets.
  • Experienced in navigating diverse business cultures and regulatory environments, with communication channel resources in target markets.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous as the incumbent will need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Possess exceptional project management skills with the ability to work independently, lead teams and drive projects communication
Responsibilities

Based in Singapore, you will be the key person to architect our brand’s international awareness and drive the brand expansion by translating insights into actionable strategies, executing high-impact campaigns to ensure that our B2B solutions standout in competitive markets across Southeast Asia, Japan and Latin America.

The daily responsibilities include:

  • Overall responsible for the company’s brand development work, including audience engagement and development of marketing strategies and plans, lead media relations, digital campaigns, sponsorships and event management.
  • Conduct in-depth market/audience analysis to identify industry trends and consumer needs to optimize our brand positioning and drive business growth.
  • Lead and coordinate localized brand campaigns and communications for target markets (SEA/Japan/LATAM), balancing global strategy with regional nuances.

· Strategize and execute the company’s marketing initiatives to support business strategies, market goals and organizational objectives. Lead brand campaigns, from thought leadership (Forums, Press Conference, etc.) to demand generation (Trade Shows, Exhibitions, etc.).

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor moves, adapting strategies to enhance & optimize brand awareness, differentiation and reputation.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance to ensure positive ROI.
  • Partner with the new media operations team, product and sales teams to provide support in marketing communications develop the company’s brand positioning and marketing plans
