JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Associate to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives across the powersports and automotive product lines. This role will focus on strengthening brand identity, driving market awareness, and supporting sales growth through digital, print, and event-based marketing. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven hands-on marketing experience, a keen eye for branding, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires occasional travel to support events, tradeshows, and dealer activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (experience in automotive, powersports, or consumer goods is an asset).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is an asset.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on KPIs and campaign results.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Passion for the powersports or automotive industry is a strong plus.
  • Team-first mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support events and business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all platforms and materials.
  • Create and support development of marketing collateral, including brochures, product packaging, digital ads, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement and ROI.
  • Support SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
  • Assist in planning and executing tradeshows, Demo Days, VIP events, and dealer promotions (including travel to events as needed).
  • Work with Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing materials are prepared and distributed on time.
  • Capture event photos, videos, and content for post-event marketing.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation.
  • Report on campaign results, customer engagement, and provide insights to guide marketing strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives related to brand and culture.
