Responsibilities

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

itsu [grocery] is looking for a driven Brand Marketing Controller to join its ever-
expanding team & play a key role in the next phase of its growth. As Brand Marketing Controller, you and your team will work alongside the Brand
Director, and some of the UK’s best media and creative agencies, to keep itsu

[grocery] among the fastest growing private food companies in the UK and propel us towards £250m in annual sales [from £21m in 2020, and £100m+ run rate in 2025].

  • Work collaboratively with the itsu [grocery] Brand and Marketing Directors to create & manage a multi-channel brand strategy & comms calendar
  • Building brand and product level growth strategies
  • Assigning investment
  • Effectively using data, research and insight to gain stakeholder buy in to
  • brand strategy
  • Plan and execute key itsu [grocery] brand campaigns
  • Create detailed & data-led campaign briefs, working with our agencies to build best in class multi-channel brand campaigns
  • Build and manage critical paths, ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Track and report on outcomes of brand spend and campaigns
  • Lead post campaign analysis
  • Analyse the impact of spend and evolve long term brand marketing strategies
  • Lead quarterly meetings with senior stakeholders to update on results
  • Nourish and develop strong relationships with key agencies [media, digital & creative], effectively managing performance and cost
  • Work alongside the Brand Director to create best in class briefs for internal and external creative teams
  • Manage & develop team, including an Assistant Digital Brand Manager, and a Graduate Campaign Executive
