Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Brand & Marketing Executive who has a keen passion in beauty industry to be part of the team making impact in the industry and achieve sales and growth target.
To assist Brand Manager to develop, implement, and execute digital and retail marketing projects, optimizing sales conversion.
The role requires you to work closely with internal team, collaborating with brand partners, offline sales channel, online platform to drive brand visibility and sales revenue for both existing and new brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support offline and E-com team to manage business, sales promotions, ensuring optimization of products positioning and presentation.
  • Assist in develop and support annual marketing calendar, brain storming marketing program and campaign.
  • Involve in marketing strategies, align brand objectives, improve brand awareness and driving sales target and profitability.
  • Ensure brand activations/promotions are rolled out timely across all channel.
  • Ensure on-shelf merchandising standards.
  • Plan, develop, and implement launch of new products.
  • Involve in managing pricing across all channels.
  • Supports to manage brand & trade marketing plans budget.
  • Manage all customers enquiries/requests from all channels
  • Product training and brief field team on trade activations/new & promo skus launch.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics for shipment tracking, monitor and follow-up action plans with warehouse team to minimize overstocks.
  • Prompt review and action to minimize the non-working or slow-moving inventory.
  • Support in development of feature ads/image requirements.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting to Principals.
  • Analysis of reports and variances and preparation of annual sales budget and forecasts.
  • Responsible for planning and logistics of gifts, samples, and testers to retail stores accordingly to promotional usage.
  • Other additional tasks and responsibilities may be required as and when necessary, to achieve the Company’s objectives.

Social Media Management

  • Create and manage all published content (images, video and written) on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
  • Source and manage KOL influencers on advertorials and campaigns
  • Ensuring timely updates for social media postings
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the social media space and any updates or trends relating to our industry
  • Work with our Brand Manager to plan and develop our digital strategy & timeline

Retail Marketing

  • Designing marketing communications and collaterals for in-store promotions
  • Assist in in-store display set-up, tear downs during new launches, exclusive campaigns etc
  • Plan and develop our retail marketing timeline including any upcoming partnerships & collaborations

Public Relations and Event Management

  • Preparing event marketing collaterals, ie. Brochures, eDMs, advertisements
  • Plan and execute branding campaigns such as roadshows, makeup demos etc
  • Sourcing of sponsors and suppliers

Ecommerce-Marketing

  • Basic Website Maintenance - Preparing artwork, write-ups of new products
  • Managing SEO/SEM related tasks
  • Design and Maintenance of E-Commerce Platform
  • Proposing & implementing digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as FB, Ticktok, Google
  • Track, measure & report on our digital marketing campaigns
