Responsibilities

THE ROLE: BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a brand marketing executive to elevate JayWay Travel’s brand to new heights. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for refining brand positioning, driving visibility in key markets (mainly the USA), and delivering campaigns that translate into measurable business growth.
As the senior guardian of our brand identity, you will not only manage our marketing function but also inspire a team to deliver bold, creative, and effective campaigns that bring JayWay’s story to life across digital and offline channels.
Your work will directly shape how clients perceive JayWay Travel—aspirational, exclusive, and trusted for personalized European journeys.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Own JayWay’s brand narrative and editorial direction, previously overseen by the Business Development Director.Oversee content creation and campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
- Forge partnerships, manage PR, and represent JayWay at industry conferences.
- Evaluate performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Support sales and operations with impactful collateral and marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging tools (including AI in marketing).
