REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in marketing, brand design, or creative services (agency or client-side)
  • We’re not here to do average — your eye for detail and taste in design should push our work to the next level (think award-worthy)
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Motion graphics experience is a bonus, not a must
  • Familiarity with web design platforms (experience with Wix Studio is a bonus)
  • Confident using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social scheduling tools like Sendible
  • Solid understanding of social media management, even if you’re not a content creator yourself
  • Ability to write clear, brand-aligned copy
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing your own workload
  • Strong communicator, proactive team player, and confident problem-solver
  • Experience in the property space is a plus, but not essential
  • You’re across AI tools like ChatGPT — not to replace your creativity, but to supercharge your output
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This isn’t your typical marketing gig. We’re looking for a creative all-rounder — a smart thinker who can jump between brand design, social scheduling, client comms, and internal marketing efforts without dropping the ball.
You’ll work across a diverse mix of projects — designing brand identities, creating off-the-plan marketing materials, managing social media calendars, writing captions, briefing photographers and videographers, and everything in between. You’ll play a key role in both building brands and making sure they’re seen, heard, and felt across all touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with the Director, playing an important part in both client delivery and Ziba’s internal growth.
This is a full-time role, with competitive salary tailored to your experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing brand strategies and visual identities from positioning through to creative execution
  • Design marketing assets including brochures, floorplan packs, digital ads, signage, and EDMs
  • Manage client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, including content scheduling, reporting, and engagement
  • Support internal marketing efforts for the Ziba brand (yes, we’re our own client too)
  • Liaise directly with clients on timelines, assets, approvals, and updates
  • Contribute to creative strategy, planning, and campaign execution
  • Handle general marketing admin tasks and keep things moving behind the scenes (and yes, we’re extremely organised)
  • Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously
  • Brief content such as short-form video and photography where required
  • Stay across platform trends and creative best practices
