Planning Prepare Deployment master for all activities with BM Content planning across all brands social channels & medias Prepare checklist & timeline for Offline activation & engagement Prepare Calendar for Brands activities Prepare Brands brief to internal MKT teams includes: DP, Creatives; Digital & PNS Deployment Prepare contents includes all brands social posts & media content Work with Media such as Magazines, KOL/KOC, Communities across platforms Produce brands social videos. Deploy offline activities follow checklist & timeline working with other dept Work with Procurement & Suppliers for productions, services, Follow tasks delegated by BM Work with Brands stakeholders to deploy offline activities; activations Prepare Paperwork related to payments, services, with Ope team Reporting: Support Ope to produce WIP, BOD & Quarter reports What to expect Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with a high level of accuracy The environment is young, dynamic and increasingly multicultural.
