The community you will join: Airbnb is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern to join the French & BENELUX Marketing team for a six month internship, with a tentative start date in March 2026. Join Airbnb’s Marketing team to help deliver inspiring, high-impact brand campaigns and partnerships sparking travel on Airbnb and supporting host community growth in France and the Netherlands. We have exciting projects coming up in 2026, including the second year of our partnership with the Tour de France & Tour de France Femmes, seasonal campaigns and the ongoing promotion of Airbnb Experiences and Services, which now complement our historical business of homes. To help make these a success, we’re looking for a motivated intern who is eager to dive into real-world marketing, media, and partnership projects. The difference you will make: Supporting the operational execution of Local Programs & Partnerships Act as a day-to-day point of contact for the media agency on campaign execution. Help execute the creative strategy: Be the liaison with the internal creative teams and creative agency on the execution of high-quality, premium content. Ensure creative outputs are aligned with the overall campaign objectives and media plan requirements. Coordinate with the Community team to identify, source, and onboard hosts and listings participating in the campaign. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the plan, including collecting internal clearances of selected listings through Legal and other relevant teams. Help with contracts and administrative follow-ups. Supervise production, attend shooting, manage schedules, timelines and logistics. Organise creative reviews and approvals by coordinating feedback loops while ensuring deadlines are met. Helping on the day-to-day execution of always-on campaigns for guests & hosts Participate in the creative & localization efforts for France: Supporting on the localization of the assets in French jointly with the localization and copy writing teams, ensuring consumer and market relevance. Attend the recording sessions of spots. Partnering with the media team to determine weekly TV/OTT media rotations in line with the approved strategy for the French market. Analyze creative and media performances, formulating future recommendations. Help execute the Audio strategy (Podcasts, Radio) for France. Acting as a Strategic Partner to the Marketing Team Help us go beyond our usual scope by bringing a fresh perspective to the table: Market & Competitor Insights Monitor competitors and market best practices in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Identify emerging trends, new and up‑and‑coming platforms, and opportunities to differentiate Airbnb from the competition. Process & Ways of Working Support the team in streamlining existing processes to improve collaboration, clarity, and efficiency. Help build or refine simple tools (trackers, templates, checklists) that make day-to-day execution smoother. Measurement, Reporting & Learnings Collect campaign results and key metrics from agencies and internal teams. Consolidate data and insights into clear, structured post‑campaign reports. Highlight key learnings and formulate actionable recommendations for future campaigns. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. French fluency & professional proficiency in English. Proven record of creative skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in marketing, communications and/or PR (internship or student projects). Sensitivity to creative, brand, and media environments. Solid project management & communication skills: ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks, respect deadlines, and prioritize. Strong analytical skills. Versatile, proactive, and “can-do” attitude. Comfortable with the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Gmail). How We'll Take Care of You: The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
