About Us We're building Ace.ai, a new browser that will soon be in the hands of millions. It will be radically simple, delightfully fast, and enhanced by powerful AI features. Our mission is to simplify and improve daily browsing activities. We already shipped a beta version, and now we're looking for someone ready to dive in headfirst and help craft the product's voice from scratch. This isn't about maintaining another average brand page. It's about shaping the brand identity and marketing stack of a soon-to-be world-class product. About the Role As our first marketing hire, you'll shape how the world sees and talks about us. You'll craft messaging, tell our story, engage early users, and lay the foundation for our marketing engine across social, content, community, and paid media. You'll have real creative freedom, a high degree of ownership, and a chance to put your fingerprints on a brand from Day 0. This is not a role for someone who needs a big team or a playbook that’s already in place. This is a role for a smart and versatile marketer who loves building things from scratch and has the writing chops to back it up. What You'll Do Own our brand voice: Develop a fresh, relatable, and clear tone that makes people want to engage. Create content: Social posts, blog content, launch campaigns, community updates, and more. Manage social media: Be hands-on in growing our presence across platforms (X/Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, etc.). Handle early PR efforts: Craft pitches, coordinate announcements, and build relationships with tech media. Grow our community: Engage directly with users, fans, and early adopters. Experiment and learn: We're all about trying things fast, seeing what works, and iterating quickly. Collaborate: Work closely with product, design, and founders to make sure our marketing deeply reflects who we are. Requirements What We're Looking For 2–5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or community management (startup or tech experience preferred) Excellent English writing skills, especially short-form, social-first copy, targeting the US market A strong sense of brand and storytelling Comfortable being scrappy - working in quick iterations, learning new tools, being hands-on Good instincts around audience-building, community engagement, and online media Curiosity about digital products, AI, and the future of the internet Energy, positivity, resilience (you’ll need all three!) Bonus points if you: Built personal projects or communities from scratch Navigated the launch or marketing of a startup product Can make memes and write thought-provoking threads Why You Will Love It Here Creative Freedom - this is your playground.
