Job Description As a Brand & Marketing Lead at & Other Stories, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our brand and marketing campaigns. You will lead cross-functional projects that bring our brand identity to life across all channels, ensuring every campaign is strategically aligned, creatively executed, and delivers measurable impact. You will be a key ambassador for our brand, inspiring teams and driving innovation to connect with our customers in meaningful ways. Your Responsibilities include but not limited to: Define and lead 360° campaign strategies, briefs, goals, budgets, KPIs, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of all campaign elements, from strategy and concept to content and activation. Lead and align internal, agency, or hybrid teams to deliver on brand direction and project goals. Ensure consistency and excellence across paid, owned, and earned channels by coordinating with creatives, production, media, and PR teams. Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and creative function to secure outstanding creative execution meeting our brand vision. Work cross-functionally to deliver impactful communications that meet our brand vision but also succeed in achieving commercial targets Inspire and empower teams to challenge norms and develop innovative, high-impact solutions. Analyze and follow up on campaign performance to demonstrate ROI and continuously improve ways of working. Collaborate with team managers to define and allocate resources effectively. Keep stakeholders informed on project status and present concepts, results, and learnings. Ensure global strategies are communicated to and implemented by local teams, incorporating local insights at the right stages. Contribute to long-, mid-, and short-term marketing planning alongside the Marketing Planning Manager.
