Our partner is looking for a creative visionary to join their team and shape the future of their brand presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on launching and managing owned brand channels on social and digital platforms and inspiring others through compelling storytelling. As the Brand Marketing Lead, you'll be at the heart of our partner's marketing efforts, crafting campaigns and content that drive awareness and engagement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to develop campaigns that capture the essence of our partner's mission and values. In this role, you'll: Lead the development and execution of social media strategies that align with our partner's business objectives Develop and produce daily content to support social media communications and campaigns Manage and optimize campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels, ensuring a cohesive strategy Manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning to negotiating with partners and vendors, setting up and executing campaigns, and reporting on results Oversee the creation of compelling brand content, including video, social media, and digital assets Analyze campaign performance and media trends, and use data-driven insights to activate the brand in the region Collaborate with global (internal and external) marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and efficiency Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain our partner's position as a market leader What we're looking for: 8+ years of experience in B2C brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful owned brand campaigns Experience working with global brands and understanding diverse markets Prior experience in tech or start-up sectors is ideal Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for design and storytelling with hands-on experience in content creation for brands A deep understanding of how different content management systems and social media platforms operate, including content trends, advertising features, and audience demographics Proven experience managing local and global cross-functional stakeholders Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
