We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Lead, Strategic Business Unit Central Europe (f/m/d) to a new position within the SBU Central Europe leadership team. The Brand & Marketing Lead, SBU Central Europe, is responsible for driving marketing excellence and brand performance within the Central European region. The role ensures strong commercial execution aligned with customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities, while building long‑term brand equity and demand generation – with a strong focus on the Hansa brand. As a member of the SBU leadership team, the role acts as the voice of the customer and market, translating insights into actionable marketing and brand strategies that support growth, profitability, and strategic differentiation. In this role, you will be responsible for · Marketing & Commercial Execution You develop and implement the SBU CE marketing strategy and annual plan while driving demand through integrated campaigns, channel programs, and activation activities. You also lead go‑to‑market execution by enabling Sales, defining channel marketing strategies, and supporting key customer partnerships. · Brand Management You own and develop the Hansa brand in SBU CE, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and activation in line with Group guidelines. You strengthen brand awareness and preference while continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements. · Market & Customer Insight You translate customer and market insights into clear marketing priorities and use analytics to enhance effectiveness and ROI. You also identify growth opportunities and uncover white‑space potential in the market. · Leadership & Collaboration You lead and develop the SBU CE marketing team while ensuring effective use of marketing frameworks and tools. You also collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Group Marketing and contribute to regional strategy as part of the SBU leadership team. The role reports directly to Jaakko Marjanen, EVP of SBU Central Europe. It is based in Stuttgart, Germany, and includes occasional travel. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: · Experience in B2B business with a 3‑tier distribution model; industry experience in bathroom or construction sectors preferred. · Marketing leadership experience in a division, business unit, or regional context. · Proven expertise in brand management and demand generation. · Strong commercial, customer‑centric, and analytical mindset. · Comfortable operating at the customer interface and managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization. · Demonstrated people leadership and change‑management capabilities. · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). · Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset. · Hands‑on working style with strong business acumen. · Curious, creative, solution-driven team player with excellent communication skills.
