The Brand Marketing Manageris responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen positioning, and drive guest engagement within the wellness hospitality space.
This role combines creative vision with analytical thinking to build and maintain a cohesive brand identity that communicates our wellness philosophy and exceptional guest experiences across all channels.
The Manager will help in the day to day execution of the marketing and content calendar ensuring all email, social, web, print, and advertising assets align with brand standards as well as gather data to track results of marketing efforts.
In addition, they will work cross-functionally to support marketing growth initiatives across the company.
The Manager will support in tracking the latest wellness trends, brands, and influencers and support in outreach for partnership opportunities.
This is a remote position to be based in the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Support execution of the marketing and content calendar cross-functionally by creating briefs ensuring all assets align with established brand standards.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
  • Gather and analyze data to track and report on the results of marketing efforts
  • Cross-Functional Communications: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guestfacing materials reflect our brand.
  • Work cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives across the company. Keep stakeholders informed of marketing programs/campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency & Development: Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the development of brand messaging that resonates with wellness-focused consumers.
  • Brand Partnerships: Perform outreach and support brand partnership relationships including influencers, wellness brands, and vendors.
  • Trend Spotting: Track the latest wellness trends, brands, and influencers to keep Canyon Ranch at the forefront of the industry.
